Hypnosis is not to be confused with Stage Hypnotism.
Everyone can enjoy the positive benefits of hypnotherapy, except Children under the age of 5 years, those with a current, severe mental health problem (for example, psychosis, hyper-mania, paranoia)
or anyone who doesn’t want to be hypnotised. Being hypnotised feels similar to when you are just going to sleep or just waking up, - in a deep state of relaxation, you feel warm, safe and
relaxed, you will hear all the sounds within and outside the room, but just won’t want to pull yourself round to a fully waking state. You will not disclose all your inner-most secrets, and you
will not be in my power.
Many people are dealing with the pain of resentment,
criticism, guilt, fear, and self hatred that we acquire over the years, but remember, we are dealing with thoughts, and thoughts can be changed, we have unlimited choices about what we think and
believe about ourselves. The key to positive change is in the present moment, the past has gone and the future hasn’t arrived yet.
As a Hypnotherapist I speak with
your subconscious mind, where memories from the past are stored, I work upon releasing negative thoughts and behaviour patterns which have become “stuck” (e.g. “I am not good enough”) replacing them
with positive thoughts and feelings, for example, self approval, self acceptance, and confidence. With my unique, tailored and bespoke system of Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
and Complete Mind and Body Therapy, I will help you cope and adapt in difficult situations, becoming Calm, Competent, Confident and Capable in all areas of your life.
